Do-Do was first published by Nation-Wide Publishing in 1950. The title had a short run of seven issues and folded the following year.

Nation-Wide Publishing was a small comic book house based in Chicago, who also published Captain Atom, Lucky Star and Mazie.

Do-Do was a funny animal comic aimed at young children, along with the stories there were also puzzles and coloring pages.

The character Do-Do was a clown and the stories are based around the circus.
