All Humor Comics was first published by Quality Comics, under their Comic Favorites imprint, in Spring 1946. The 52 page comic was then published quarterly until Summer issue #14, when the pages were dropped to 36 and it became bi-monthly. The series ended in December 1949 with issue #17.

The comic anthology featured a lot of copycat animal characters such as Giddy Goose and Nuttsy the Squirrel. A couple of original characters that are worthy of a mention are: Kelly Poole and Atomictot created by Gill Fox.

Atomictot, real name Tommy Tot, was a superhero toddler whose costume was a loincloth. Kelly Poole was an Irish war veteran, the stories were very similar to the Life of Riley a popular radio show at the time.
